The M Family ~ Bay Area family photographer

When the M family contacted me do shoot their 4 month old little girl, they mentioned some of my photos that they liked, which involved a black backdrop. So when I headed out to their San Francisco apartment, I came prepared, with backdrop in hand. The minute I saw their apartment I knew there was no way we were using the backdrop. Everywhere I turned there was a cool texture, pattern or archway. If I ever set up a studio, I might just have to have Megan come in and decorate it for me!

Then miss Hannah wakes up and is a DOLL to work with! This little cutie did not make a fussy peep, not even once. I am so excited to get to do 2 more shoots with the M family and watch as Hannah grows from baby to toddler.

If little Bryce here looks familiar, it could be because a picture from our last shoot together is one of my most favourite photos that I have taken since starting my business. A year ago, Bryce was about 6 months old, as cute as could be, with sparkling blue eyes…and trying to eat leaves!

A year can make a big difference, but Bryce is still as cute as can be, with sparkling blue eyes. No leaf eating, but he is an explorer at heart. Such a joy to work with.

S + A = G ~ Bay Area Family Photographer

Last time I worked with this wonderful family, G was about 6 months old. Not even crawling yet. And now, He is over a year old and walking! I knew this, but was still shocked to see it.

Though they live about 45 minutes away, they were heading to my neck of the woods so we took the opportunity to shoot at an open space that was suggested to me by my friend J. What a gorgeous area it was. Woodsy, with a lake, a trail and a field. Don’t be surprised if you see more shoots in this location.

A had expressed that she takes a lot of pics of G and S together but didn’t have as many photos with her in them. I kept that in mind while shooting and got a couple of pictures of just A and G that I LOVED. I hope she loves them too!
